Naveed Shah, Shumail Bashir and Syed Nisar Ahmed for a free-flowing conversation with Dr. Altaf Ahmed Lal on issues related to the consumption of tobacco products and the impact of tobacco on human health. Tobacco consumption is the most important and preventable cause of death all over the world.  Despite the known association of major diseases with tobacco use, its continued use is a major concern for the public, health professionals, and policymakers.   It is a major cause of healthcare expenses (both out-of-pocket and health system) and an economic burden at both the family and government levels.
