Muzafar Rasool
ASDr. Muzafar Rasool Bhat is a Senior Assistant Professor at the Centre for Artificial Intelligence, Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST), Awantipora, Jammu & Kashmir. He holds a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Kashmir, with research focused on enhancing probabilistic topic modeling for large archives, particularly in bioinformatics. With dual master’s degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics, Dr. Bhat has extensive teaching and research experience, contributing significantly to AI, Data Science, and Computer Vision. He has led several high-impact, interdisciplinary research projects funded by prominent agencies like SERB-DST, ICMR, and JKST&IC, addressing challenges in medical imaging, computational pathology, and the authentication of indigenous products. His innovative work has resulted in over 41 publications, eight patents, and multiple prestigious awards. As a dedicated educator and researcher, Dr. Bhat integrates advanced AI concepts into his teaching, mentoring doctoral scholars, and driving impactful research that bridges technology with healthcare and cultural heritage.

Mr. Tawqeer Munshi
Tawqeer is a Product Manager at FlyFin AI, Bengaluru, with a strong foundation in technology and a deep passion for entrepreneurship. A Computer Science graduate from RV College of Engineering, he has led product teams across fast-growing startups, building AI-powered solutions that significantly improved user experience and business outcomes. He previously founded Milkiyat, Kashmir’s first tech-enabled real estate marketplace, taking it from idea to impact, reaching over 100,000 Kashmiris and transforming how property is discovered and transacted. Through that journey, Tawqeer gained a firsthand understanding of the challenges local entrepreneurs face - from limited resources to systemic barriers and is deeply passionate about bridging those gaps. Outside of work, he finds joy in cricket, public speaking, and watching sunsets.

Ab Naffi Ahanger
Ab Naffi Ahanger is a research scholar currently pursuing Ph.D. in Computer Science at the Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST), specializing in Artificial Intelligence. He holds a Bachelor's (BCA) and a Master's (MCA) degree in Computer Applications, with expertise in software development, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning. His research focuses on developing AI-driven solutions for real-world challenges, particularly in image processing and pattern recognition. He has contributed to multiple research projects, including the Apple Disease Diagnosis and Recommendation System, Tumor Heterogeneity Prediction Using Deep Learning, and Pashmina Authentication Using Deep Learning. His work involves designing and implementing deep learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and model training. Before his research tenure at IUST, he worked as a Software Engineer at Cloud Innovation Partners, where he gained hands-on experience in software development and data engineering. Additionally, he qualified UGC NET (December 2022) in Computer Science and Applications, making him eligible for an Assistant Professor position. Driven by a passion for artificial intelligence, he aspires to contribute significantly to the advancement of AI and deep learning technologies, particularly in solving complex real-world problems.
